The power couple had been living in New York since they wed in 2008. It is also being reported that Blue' s new school costs $15'080 a year and that she has been admitted halfway through the year which is highly unusual. But when your Beyonce and Jay-Z your offspring likely gets the cream of the crop whenever you need them too. Maybe New York just wasn't the best place to keep a stable environment for a child and possibly more children to come?
