Fans of The Real talkshow may remember back in January, during a segment called Getting Real, Bailon became emotional after being asked why she quit singing. The ex Cheetah Girl broke down in tears and confessed she was scared of failure. "I've had this solo album that I've been saying is coming out for the last five years," Adrienne said. "I'm scared to fail." She then admitted, "I don't like the sound of my own voice." She commented on how she feels her voice still sounds like she's 16 instead of 30. Adrienne also admitted that working in the industry hasn't always been what she expected, and that things are much different for her now at than they were when she got her start."It was about music and talent and singing. And to step out on my own and let my voice be heard, I'm scared. Like, what if people don't like it? Or what if it's not, I don't know ... what if it's not successful? Like, I almost have been saying I would rather it not come out and just say, 'Well, it just never came out,' then for it come out and be wack." Luckily with the advice and support from her loving sisters and co-stars and factors that, at the moment, remain unknown, Adrienne has decided to return to the music scene. She announced her decision yesterday to the shows live audience and a video was shortly uploaded to social media. As a proud Latina myself I can not express how proud and excited I am of/for Adrienne. I can not wait to watch her glow and grow. She's got my support 100%. Dalé Mama!
