Love & Hip Houston has been given the greenlight and has already began filming. The first name officially linked to the cast is rapper Kirko Bangz who has been busy touring, dropping new music, and collaborating with some of today’s biggest hip hop artists. Joining Bangz is fellow rapper Propain, an up an up and coming act also hailing from H-Town. Jhonni Blaze is set to make her return to the Love & Hip Hop franchise while, reality vet Mehgan James is set to make her jump to yet another reality show (and by the looks of her most recent IG post she’s got a hacker/nude leak scandal brewing). The final lady on the roster so far is Just Brittany, a singer best known for being signed to Cash Money over a decade ago when she was rumored to be dating Birdman and her claims against Rihanna that she allegedly stole parts of “B*tch Betta Have My Money”.
As for new faces on the guy circuit that we will be getting to know, Jermell & Jermall, best known as The Charlo Twins are a pair of twin (duh!) pro boxers who have been gaining some popularity over the last few months (Jay-Z reportedly wanted to sign them to Roc Nation at one point). The second set of twins are the Sauce Twins, Sauce Walka and Sancho Saucey, best known for their song “2 Legited 2 Quited” and their “beef” with Drake. J Prince Jr. aka James Prince Jr. is the CEO and heir to Rap-A-Lot records, the home of big names such as Scarface, Bun B, Pimp C, etc. Rounding out the cast is Lil Kieth, notable party promoter, and DJ Eric, the DJ at the infamous V Live strip club. How big each of these roles will be and if the list is set is uncertain but, it has been confirmed that the LHH Houston will air this year.
