Uh Oh, Their’s some exciting news for all of the 90’s kids everywhere. Nickelodeon recently announced that they are reviving the very popular sketch comedy show ‘All That’ and surprisingly enough the executive producer for the reboot is Kenan Thompson. Thompson states ‘it means everything to me’, some may remember kenan from way back when his career first began starring in a 1994 series. Kenan’s career started when he was young but as he stated to Variety, “It was my first job I ever had, it gave me an opportunity.” If you were a fan of ‘All That’ Kenan was most likely your favorite character and everyone that has watched the show knows exactly why! This is seriously exciting news, the return of the show will feature a brand new cast, it has been reported that some of the show’s original star’s (Nick Cannon, Jamie Lynn Spears, and Amanda Barnes) may make a few guest appearances throughout the season but will not be back to fill in where they left off.
According to the president of Nickelodeon, Brian Robbins, who was the executive director of the original series, ‘All That’ will be ‘A sort of mash-up of some of the old sketches and a lot of new sketches’ He went on to explain that they wanted to bring the show back in a real fun way… we are going to bring back a lot of the original cast and through the years and let them introduce the new cast of the new ‘All That’ to the world” How exciting!! Their hasn’t been a release date given for the new series but it was hinted that it may be released summer of 2019!! We will have to stay tuned to see.
