Tauren Wells Releases Sophomore Album “Citizens of Heaven”

Six time GRAMMY-nominee and triple-threat musician, Tauren Wells recently released his sophomore album, “Citizens of Heaven.” Known for his catchy contemporary-gospel tunes, Wells succeeded at delivering captivating spiritual music of the same caliber of his debut album, Hills and Valleys. Where some artists tend to fall short when it comes to exceeding the expectations of their fans, Tauren Wells has no issue. Although the album has just been released, tracks like “Like You Love Me” and “Perfect Peace” have already become fan favorites.

Tauren Wells focused on not only spirituality and inspiration with this album, but also musical diversity. Citizens of Heaven consists of 13 tracks, including collaborations with popular artists like Kirk Franklin, Rascal Flatts, Jenn Johnson, and Steven Furtick. The beauty of the album is that each song has a different sound, along with a different vibe, showcasing Wells’ versatility.
