What We Ask of You

Professional Requirements:

• Licensed mental health professional in good standing

• Experience or specialization in young adult/college-age clients

• Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care

• Availability for crisis support rotation (optional but preferred)

Cultural Commitment:

• Understanding of Black college student experiences

• Sensitivity to intersectional identities and challenges

• Dedication to creating truly safe, judgment-free spaces

• Ongoing cultural competency and professional development
