Phaedra Parks and Apollo's Divorce is Finalized!

The 43 year old “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Phaedra Parks is officially divorced from Apollo Nida. After 5 years of marriage the couple was headed for divorce in October 2014

Around the time the pair was headed for divorce 37 year old Nida began serving his 8 years sentence after being convicted on federal fraud charges reports, six page. He was also ordered to pay $1.9 million in restitution.

Apollo’s camp told TMZ that "if the divorce is truly finalized, it's news to him."

Since filing for divorce when Nadia was convicted Phaedra has been focused on herself and their two sons Ayden, 6, and Dylan, 3. Bravo report that Phaedra stated Ayden and Dylan are "doing very well" these days, but there are no plans to have them visit their father in prison anytime soon, as viewers saw them do for the first time last season of RHOA. "I can't say what I'm going to do, but at this point in time, it's not in our schedule," she said.

Phaedra claims she does not miss Apollo, and with that being said even though she is single she is not quite ready to start dating. "I don't know if I'm saying that I'm actually looking. I mean, I'm open to it, but that's not at the top of my list," Phaedra explains. She also explained that she is a very busy woman which is why dating is not at the top of her list.

Phaedra teased that RHOA fans might see some of her divorce finalized on the upcoming season, premiering November 6th 8/7c.
