Nicki Minaj Apologizes to Fan for Retirement Scare

The last thing you want to see when your on scrolling down your Twitter page is to see that a famous hip hop artist is retiring from the rap game. And yes, the artist being referred to is Nicki Minaj *Mic Drops*. Though some people have just pushed her aside; Nicki Minaj has made her mark on R&B and her scaring the world with her retirement really had people shook.

Minaj, the multi-award winning artist put a very remarking tweet on Twitter September 5th, giving the world the impression that she was going to be retiring from the rap game. “I’ve decided to retire and have my family. I know you guys are happy now. To my fans, keep reppin me, do it til the death of me, in the box - cuz aint nobody checkin me. Love you for LIFE.” Fans quickly jumped with questions and sadness of hearing of her retirement. One fan tweeted: “I;m going to go cry now. We love you Onika. Thank you...for everything.” For those that may not recall, the “Megatron” rapper has been very public with boyfriend Kenneth Petty, and recently announced on her radio show “Queen Radio” that she’s in the process of getting married as well (This can certainly explain the “I’ve decided to retire and have my family” line)

Not to long after, MinaJ replied to a fan apologizing for the tweet; she even stated that it was “abrupt” and “insensitive”. She replied to a fan stating: “I’m still right here. Still madly in love with you guys & you know that. In hindsight, this should’ve been a Queen Radio discussion & it will be. I promise u guys will be happy. No guests, just us talking about everything. The tweet was abrupt & insensitive, I apologize babe.” It’s even been rumored that Minja is making new music and is also do collabs with other artists (I guess we’ll hear some of this new music soon...hopefully)

So let's shut the rumors down right here: NICKI MINAJ IS NOT RETIRING. She’s still here for all her Barbie Fans, and still doing what she does best: making new music!
