Young Scooter and Future join forces for “Black Migo,” Produced by Zaytoven

Young Scooter (Kenneth Edward Bailey) was born in Walterboro, South Carolina. After making some mistakes and was charged with drug trafficking, he decided to pursue a career in music in his early 20s. He quickly joined forces with the legendary Future, who is a childhood friend of his, and got to work. After just a few years in the rap industry, he had already collaborated with big names like Gucci Mane, Waka Flocka Flame, Rocko, Alley Boy, and of course Future. Young Scooter really gained traction in January 2013 when he released his mixtape Street Lottery.

Tons of people/companies were talking about him; Spin magazine named his mixtape "Rap release of the week," and it was featured on XXL’s "Best mixtapes of January" list. Later on in the month, his official music video for "Colombia" premiered on MTV. The song was a huge hit and even got a remix from Rick Ross, Birdman, and Gucci Mane. From that point on, he only got better and lengthened his resume; he headlined and was featured on numerous projects, events, and tours. In 2018 he released 2 albums, his first official album, Trippple Cross, which featured Future, Young Thug, Casino, among others. His second album of 2018 was The Recipe, which featured Kodak Black, NAV, Miss Mulatto, G Herbo, Guap Tarantino, among others. In 2019 he dropped another bumping album called Trap Hero, which featured Young Thug, Lil Baby, Guap Tarantino, Lil Kreed, among others. His latest project was released on October 30, 2020, and is titled ‘Black Migo.’ The song features Future and is produced by the beat master himself, Zaytoven.

On October 30, 2020, ‘Black Migo’ was released off the upcoming project “Zaystreet” to the highly anticipating fans. This is the first track to be released from the mixtape “Zaystreet,” which is expected to drop this winter. ‘Black Migo’ gives the pure Atlanta sound fans love, with track mastermind Zaytoven giving it that extra twang. Young Scooter hits hard on top of the speaker blowing beats with “I be stuffin’ pound bags like canned goods, Water whip or dry whip 'cause my hands good, I let my money talk for me, I let Freebandz do it… No rap cap, I put Black Migo Gang on the map, Sold crack sacks just to pave the way to where I'm at, A trap rapper, if it ain’t 'bout money, I don't wanna rap… Four, five, six, you play with me, you get your head cracked, Free NoCap, half these rappers cap, I get my backend and hurry right back to the trap, That's why I really wrap, I ain't talkin' music, though, Play with me, on the scene, they'll leave three hundred shell, though ” Future then takes the mic with “All these .223s and Dracos, they just might be on my line, All these shooters in my city, I be with killers all the time, This some BMG forever shit, my dawgs one of a kind… I'm infatuated with money, I can't never go broke again, I got NBA shooters, could've went to pro from how they spraying.” Young Scooter and Future spit some fire bars all throughout this hardcore Zaytoven original beat. The song is catchy and unique but brings the southern heat, and if this is only one song off the mixtape, then I don’t know if fans are ready for the full mixtape to be released.

This song is just the thing you need to turn up at a party or bump to while cruising down the street. If you haven’t heard this song yet, then you need to. The single is available on all musical platforms now.
