Woman sues "Black Ink" For Infectious Tattoo!!?!

Vh1's own Black Ink has gotten themselves in some mess this time! now we all know how messy the show can be but does this mean their tattoo skill are the same? A woman named Loni Tate is suing Harlem's famous tattoo parlor after suffering an infection on her forearm! Now we all know tattoos can be iffy and different bodies react differently to tattoos, but Ms Loni has had tattoos before without a problem. So what so we think? Does Ms. Tate have a case?
