Michael B. Jordan Co-Writing New Comic Book Series

Michael B. Jordan is teaming up with writer Nathan Edmonson to develop an action spy comic titled, "North". The series will follow a solider "who is recruited into a top-secret paramilitary program that modifies his mind to make him a spy like no other." When the soldier is betrayed by the organization, he realizes that he is "far more dangerous than even his betrayers realize." Jordan is a huge comic book fan and met Edmonson, who is most notable for his contributions to The Punisher and Black Widow comics for Marvel, at one of Los Angeles’ top comic shops, Golden Apple. The duo bonded and decided to collaborate on their own comic. Artists Denys Cowan and Bill Sienkiewicz, along with Bettie Breitweiser, will be illustrating the title which is set to be published by Dark Horse Comics in 2016.
