Amandla Stenburg Lands Modeling Contract!

The beautiful Amandla Stenberg has landed a deal with a modeling agency that represents celebrities such as Willow Smith, Adriana Lima, Kendall Jenner and many others.

If you are unfamiliar with who Stenberg is, she played "Rue" in the movie "Hunger Games". After it's release, the movie received a lot of backlash when fans found out that Rue from the Hunger Games book series was going

to be played by a young, black girl.

Since then, Stenburg has spoken out on racial issues and has even been named celebrity feminist of the year.

This past year Stenberg made a cameo in Beyonce’s Lemonade visual album and also appeared in the Indie film, "As You Are".

The Society announced the big news via Instagram and added her to their roster.

Stenberg has covered many household named magazines such as Dazed and Interview, so this is a great fit for her!

We cannot wait to see how she continues to represent women in a positive light, and we congratulate her once again on this accomplishment!
