The Kardashians Don't Want Blac Chyna to Trademark Their Last Name.
Just yesterday, multiple reports were seen saying that the infamous Kardashian sisters wanted nothing to do with Blac Chyna trademarking their last name as “Angela Renee Kardashian” and they had companies refusing Chyna’s request. Their reasoning behind it?
The sisters believe that they will
“suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill.”
But that’s not all. They also stated that Blac Chyna doesn’t want their last name for the right reasons, but she is
“deliberately seeking seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” of their famous last name, and also that it is “likely to cause confusion, or to cause mistake, or to deceive consumers”.
If that doesn’t come to a shock for you, then maybe you should read it again.
It’s weird because, Blac Chyna is soon to be married to Rob Kardashian in 2017, and she will legally BE a Kardashian anyway.
Today, Attorney Walter Mosley stated that this issue with the the four of them is common in his clients wanting to be “protective” of their “marks” but he believes it will be a “clear case win” due to Angela getting married soon.
Mosley told ‘People Magazine” he hopes it’s just an error on the opposing lawyer’s side, but until then he’ll go on with the case as normal as possible.
The exotic dancer, turned reality star, turned fiancé, had a hard time fitting in with the family of Kardashian's due to the drama with Kylie Jenner and her ex-fiance (and baby father) Tyga, and also they questioned her validity of being with their brother, Robert. But, they ended seeming like they rekindled old flames, and actually got along...but maybe this happy circle isn’t so happy after all.
