Rahsaan is Back!


After taking a seven year recording hiatus Rahsaan Patterson album Heroes and Gods was officially released on May 17, 2019. Singer and song writer, Rahsaan Patterson, created the 13 track project in dedication of his 35th anniversary being a part of the entertainment industry. Rahsaan's journey as a singer started shortly after being a child actor in the 1980s sitcom "Kids Incorporated", he then gained experience as a backup vocalist for several artists. He also wrote the hit song “Baby” for singer Brandy, and “Back to The World” for artist Tevin Campbell. Heroes and Gods is a beautiful combination of infused genres of music such as Rock, Jazz, and Electronica. The singer’s influences such as Al green, Marvin Gaye, and Aretha Franklin can be felt and recognized throughout the album; there are messages of self-empowerment, love, spirituality, and music you can just want to dance too. Rahsaan Patterson will be on performing several concerts throughout the summer starting June 1 st in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
