LeToya Luckett Has Returned with First Single in Three Years
Former Destiny’s Child member LeToya Luckett is back from a long-awaited hiatus since her 2016 album Back 2 Life with new track, “Feeling”. LeToya Luckett is a newlywed now known as Luckett-Walker, and a new mother as well. She also has made time for a few appearances in reality TV show, T.I. & Tiny Family and Friends Hustle. Co-written by Tank, “Feeling” peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard Adult R&B Songs chart, becoming her first top 10 entry on that chart.
The song begins with a looped sample as LeToya swiftly jumps on the track melodically riding with the beat. The song is a sweet, up-tempo love song describing the way she effects her man and how she feels so passionately about the reciprocation. Luckett sings “He been thinkin’ bout me Talkin’ bout that he can’t live without me How he wanna be wherever I be. That’s the only kind of love I need.” “Feeling” seems to be a cute and loving ode to LeToya’s husband Tommicus Walker. Hopefully, with all of the inspiration and new moves going on in the singer/songwriter’s life, an album maybe soon to be on the way! Until then, check out “Feeling” below!
