“Journey” Daniel Weatherspoon
Multi-Award Winning Artist and Producer Daniel Weatherspoon dropped his new album Journey, March 10th on all platforms.
Journey is a 7 track, 32 minute long follow up album to the #1 Billboard Contemporary Jazz album Langley Park Project. It features such artists as Mark Lettieri, Langley Park, Classik Levine and others. The entire project is completely instrumental. All except the second song on the album “Change The World” featuring Leon Timbo, PJ Morton and Xavier Lynn. “Change The World” written originally performed by Eric Clapton, is a love song about changing the world for the better and for the love of a beautiful woman. Daniel, along with the other artists featured took the song and added a modern Jazz twist to it making it a beautiful addition to the album.
Grammy Award-winner, Daniel Weatherspoon is by far one of the best contemporary jazz composers of our time. He works as a producer and musical director, known for his passionate, Jazz-influenced Gospel and R&B sound.
