It sure looks like it! Earlier today Nicki Minaj tweeted her fans saying she had an announcement with the ring Emojis in hand. Within the next couple of hours Nicki Posted the picture above of her HUGE heart shaped rock that was on her ring finger! She didn't say she was engaged however, you know what they say a picture is worth a thousand words! Congrats!
