Trey Songz and Jail Time?

Trey Songz has pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges of disturbing the public. Last December, the R&B singer was arrested when he refused to leave the stage during his concert at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit. DPD reported that Songz became rowdy when told his time was up, throwing microphones and speakers from the stage. After the Detroit Police tried to calm the situation down, Songz became more uncooperative.

Trey Songz was then arrested and taken into custody for obstructing arrest and malicious destruction of property. The following morning, he was released on a $25,000 bond that he had to pay ten percent of.

On Friday, August 18, Songz went to court. The charges for resisting a police officer and aggravated assault were dropped as part of his plea deal. He was sentenced to 18 months of probation, where he must also attend anger management classes, complete substance abuse screenings, and pay restitution.
