The Bird Box Review
Do you enjoy a good suspenseful movie? A movie that will have you at the edge of your seat, wondering what will happen next? Who will survive and where this demeaning force came from to begin with? If so, ‘The Bird Box’ is a MUST SEE! When a mysterious force comes and decimates the population, one thing becomes certain, if you see it, you will die! Your best bet is to keep your eyes closed? There has been so many questions raised after this ‘The Bird Box’ aired as a Netflix original movie on December 13, 2018. Searching for hope and a new beginning, a woman and her children embark on a dangerous journey through the woods and down the sanctuary to find a place that may offer them sanctuary! Sandra bullock played a huge leading role in this mysterious movie and she played her role so well! After giving birth to her son during the time that the horrific poison took the world by storm and also raising a child that wasn’t her own, she did her very best to keep them all alive. She taught the children how to survive while completely blind folded, from using bells and the resources of the wilderness to help them better adjust to the new life they had been born into, to living on the water for some of the time and learning how to use the resources offered to them until they found a safe destination, took a toll on them. What was exactly was it that took over the world? Was it a sickness? A spirit? What was this thing that caused everyone to want to commit suicide after looking into the sky? Or just into the light in general? These and many other questions were raised after watching this film and some viewers even say they had to watch the film more than once to grasp an understanding! Overall, this was an amazing film! I’d recommend any and everyone to go see ‘The Bird Box’ This movie teaches you so much about ultimate survival skills and important it is to use every resource that is given to you especially when you don’t know what your circumstances will be. Netflix is known for having amazing movies, series and shows that you can’t find everywhere! But this film was one of a kind, I’d say this movie goes down in the books for one of Netflix's BEST original film.
