Beginner's Guide to Makeup for Black Women

Create an even layer using a foundation that matches your skin color and undertone.
2. Concealer
To conceal dark under eyes and other signs to fatigue, use a concealer that's a shade lighter than your foundation shade.
3. Eyebrows
Use a brow pencil or liner to outline the top and bottom of the brow. Use a definer or dip pomade to fill in your brow. Start from the end of the brow towards the front.
4. Mascara
Use the blackest mascara for a bold and defined lashes. Use a brown or lighter mascara to create a softer look. Use light and repeated strokes on the top and lower lash.
